My sisters and I recently entrusted Chung Wah Funeral Directors with our father’s funeral, and we are so grateful we did. From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. She made an unimaginably difficult time so much easier to navigate with her expertise, knowledge, and genuine care. We had what felt like a million questions, and Sam patiently answered every one of them, always quick to respond and completely on top of every detail. Beyond her professionalism, Sam was empathetic, kind, and honest, and we truly felt supported throughout the entire process. It also helped immensely that she is fluent in both Vietnamese and English, which made communication seamless for our family. We’d also like to mention Sam’s colleagues, Mai and Samson, who were equally lovely and wonderful to deal with. We’re deeply thankful to Sam and the entire team at Chung Wah Funeral Services for their compassion and excellent service during one of the most difficult times in our lives.
