Aug 2024We as a family would like to thank the staff at Simplicity Funeral, firstly we would like to thank Grace at Simplicity Smithfield for her care and kindness while arranging the funeral for my brother John. For those siblings that attended the funeral home Grace was very helpful as we live a 3 hour drive away and Grace was able to organize photo's, a meeting with the celebrant Michael on the one day which was extremely helpful. On the day of the funeral Grace was at the Chapel to meet us and to introduce us to the other staff in attendance and we must say they were very helpful and accommodating to our requirements, we thank them very much. It is very helpful when things go extremely smoothly when you are upset and all went very well a big thank you to all concerned.

Feb 2023My mother Helen , and I would like to say Thank you so much to Deborah and her team at Smithfield in helping us organise the funeral of my late grandmother Phyllis who passed away on the 17th January 2023 . 20/05/1922 - 17/01/2023 🙏🏻🙌🏻♥️ Deborah was very professional , compassionate and understanding , she listened to everything we wanted and delivered . The service was a lovely send off for Phyllis, and was beautifully organised and delivered just the way Phyllis would have wanted it ! We want to thank Deborah and the celebrant Paul Young whom delivered a brilliant service ! We would highly recommend to anyone wanting that personal touch for a loved one for their final farewell . Dec 2020This is not the first time I have used Simplicity Funerals at Smithfield. On this occasion the funeral was for my Father. I can only say I have only positive things to say for the service. The staff were simply amazing and made planning the funeral simple for us, something important when you are not thinking straight. On the day the funeral went according to plan and we were very thankful we could give my Father the send off he deserved. Thank you Simplificity.
