Having made contact with her prior to his death, she was able to gently walk us through what to expect and to give us excellent advice about our options, many of which we had not previously understood. Dealing with death is difficult but Kerri's professionalism, coupled with her warmth and her wealth of experience, enabled us to have a wonderful memorial that reflected our Dad perfectly. In all our dealings with Kerri our family and our wishes remained central and we felt our decisions were always respected. I am forever grateful to Kerri for supporting myself and my family to create the most loving, memorable farewell celebration for my Mum.
