Apr 2024My mother had a prepaid funeral plan with White Lady Funerals so when the time came it was very easy. Georgia was a wonderful help as we had to make all the arrangements via email & phone as I live in Qld. The family decided to have Mum cremated before the service so we could scatter her ashes while we were all together in Canberra. Georgia arranged everything, consulting me all the way. The day was wonderful, just what Mum would have wanted. It was lovely finally meeting Georgia in person & I will never forget her kindness to me at this most difficult time.

Feb 2022Absolutely terrible, they claim to be understanding and caring,huh, not one bit. Everyone can make mistakes,I understand this, but it's the passing the buck and not one apology. An example is. The notice was not put under the Death notices!! It was under funeral. We spoke to them to express our dissatisfaction/ disappointment ( the service agreement says combination of death and funeral) The reaction from them was "well it's in the paper". When requesting to put it in where it should be,we were told it will cost extra!!! That's really caring. I rang other funeral homes and they said it should've been done at no extra cost. The mispelling of the surname at the cemetery, the book from them for people to sign not at the wake at the right time, if the professional fees were to cover them overseeing the funeral then they missed the boat,big time. The Livestream was stuffed up, again,no acceptance of responsibility, it's always someone else's fault. To be expected to pay a premium price,you should expect a premium service and this definitely wasn't. Very very disappointing experience. Bill
