Family travel meant that we had to arrange our father's funeral in a very short timeframe, and I can't imagine being in better hands than with Melissa. She helped us with things that we didn't know were an option, such as having the Defence Forces provide dad's service record, and ADF bereavement pins for the family to wear. In a difficult and emotional time, Melissa was exactly what we needed, and we delivered a send-off that Dad would have been proud of.
