From the first day (on the morning of her passing), throughout the process of arranging the service and on the day, the staff were fabulous - professional, caring and compassionate, Big thanks Ian and Josephine and all the team who made the day so seamless and respectful. Also a huge thanks to Carmel Markham Celebrant who did a wonderful job - authentic, compassionate and mindful - we could not recommend her highly enough. It was worthy of five stars and more - the family and all who attended commented on what a special service they provided.

Nov 2022The assistance we received to organise a small funeral at Purslowe and Chipper recently was brilliant. Melissa's smiling face and friendly demeanour when entering the facility was very comforting and nothing seemed too much trouble. Josephine facilitated the funeral arrangements and walked us through the options in a positive and compassionate manner. Her excellent suggestions made the whole process straightforward and the day of the service was as stress free as possible, mainly because of her presence and guidance. It's easy to say Melissa and Josephine were "only doing their job" but they do it so well and it was so nice to have their compassion and support when needed. Highly recommended.
