Nov 2025I cannot recommend the team at Christian Funerals highly enough. Lynn was warm, caring and sensitive to our needs as we had to forge through a funeral for our beloved Wife, Mum, Grandma and GG. Lynn was so professional, yet she felt like a dear friend guiding us through a really difficult process. She was so gentle with my Dad particularly - and respectful and patient with how emotional we all were. We'd never considered a viewing ... But when Lynn suggested how healing some people found it, we did .. just for the immediate family. It truly was a beautiful experience. The care and respect which was taken to prepare Mum for us .. still brings me to tears. She looked like she was simply sleeping. Beautiful, peaceful - dressed in the lovely gown she was to wear to her Grandaughter's wedding in February. The day of the funeral itself was left completely to the Christian Funerals team to coordinate with the Parish Priest, Videographers, Sound techs and drivers. It was seamless. To look back now on the streaming video is such a blessing - we were so absorbed in our grief and yet we can see Lynn and her team quietly guiding us, mourners and the order of service with such dignity. Lynn and her wonderful team made such an emotional and vulnerable time so much ... safer. Thank you Christian Funerals.

Dave assisted my family with the transfer of my father from interstate and then his burial with my mother. Thank you Dave for your care and kindness. Aug 2025I am writing to make a formal complaint against Christian Funerals. The Service Funeral notice was not published in Saturday's newspaper, as promised by their Representative. Also on the day of appointment we discussed Refreshments & were told consists of sandwiches, quiche, etc. However, what was actually provided were plain cheapest tiny biscuits were served to our visitors, family & friends. How shameful, and embarrassing. Each mistake was not only unprofessional & upsetting, but also created emotional strain & heartbreak. My Mother was such a warm, kind, generous sweet person & for this to happen at her funeral is deeply disappointing, disrespectful, distressing & altogether a horrible experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when choosing a Funeral Provider for their loved ones.
