We spoke to Susie the owner of her family business. She was very caring, patience, compassionate and listening carefully to our concerns and our family wishes and showing us all with great respect. We were not a number or just another funeral, it felt like we were part of their family. Susie advised us and organised all the relevant details . Our funeral went so smoothly with dignity. From the very first contact, The entire team showed incredible compassion, professionalism, and attention to every detail, making a heartbreaking process feel manageable and meaningful. They took special care of my Nan, handling everything with the utmost respect and gentleness, which brought our family so much comfort. Sept 2025I would firstly like to thank Susi, Debbie, Rosalie and John for their caring and thoughtfulness with my late Mums funeral. From start to finish the process was easy for me as I had never had to arrange a funeral. Debbie's guiding hand was beyond what I expected and she is amazing. Rosalie who was the celebrant was professional, fun and did a beautiful service, it was like she knew my Mum. Susi is a beautiful caring soul. John the driver is brilliant. Also the florist who did the wreath which was beautiful and beyond my expectations (some of Mum's favourite flowers) I nothing but praise for this company. They make the process stress free, no pressure, and caring all the way. I highly recommend Rememberance Funerals and I am sure my Mum was happy also.
