Jan 2026In your time of grief make sure you look at your contract very carefully. They charge for absolutely everything in a sneaky way. We had no idea of the extra cost incurred. When I queried the charge, it was dealt in a cold, matter of fact way! Would not recommend Tobin Brothers. Just read your response… What a load of rubbish! Anyone reading this please take your money elsewhere .. you just added to our grief with your added costs! Transparency… that’s laughable We’d give you minus one if we could.

July 2025I can’t thank the team at Tobin Brothers Werribee enough for the care, respect, and dignity they gave my mum in her final farewell. From start to finish, they did her absolute justice. The service far exceeded anything I expected — it was beautiful, seamless, and truly honoured the incredible woman my mum was. Every detail was handled with professionalism and compassion. The team made a heart breaking day feel just a little bit lighter through their kindness and attention to detail. I’ll never forget it. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in the most meaningful way possible.

Sept 2023Funerals are not the easiest thing to organise, but from the first phone call we made to Tobin brothers to plan for mums funeral right thrugh the whole process to the lead up of the funeral and the day of the funeral was absolute professionalism. We was dealing with Michael and he was very professional from the first meeting right thrugh the whole process and the same with the rest of the team. Highly recommend using Tobin brothers if you are in need to organise a funeral.
