Dec 2025Fiona and Karen were sensitive and caring in every possible way. They listened carefully and offered beautiful caring words when I needed it the most. Their support was like family! I didn't have a mother or sister, or girlfriend to support me so I was very grateful for their caring and respectful support. They made tea and took my brother and I through all the options without rushing or "selling" us anything. We talked about our Dad and it was lovely to smile and laugh over our memories. They accommodated everything we asked for and they made lovely gentle suggestions when we were unsure. We used their rooms for a small-sized service and morning tea before heading to the cemetery. I can't recommend them highly enough.
