Sept 2025The loss of our gorgeous sister Celia recently was heartbreaking for our whole family. From the first phone call to Chris, the daily emails to Kat ...to the last moment we left after saying our final goodbyes at the cemetery, North East Funerals supported us every step of the way. The compassion, care, guidance and understanding was truly so comforting as we navigated farewelling our dearly loved sister who has passed way too soon. Every question was answered and each daily check in with more questions were answered promptly with so much understanding and care. Nothing was too much trouble nor was any request treated with anything but compassion and the promise to try and make everything work for us. We were left feeling that Celia's life mattered, that she deserved to be farewelled in the most beautiful way possible and that her family also deserved to be cared for and supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything that was done for us all. Thank you so very much to each and every one of you x
