The empathy and genuine caring nature from Julie was incredible and thanks to her my Mum had the send off she deserved. Nov 2019My elderly father passed away late one night in February this year and it has taken me until now to post this review. I am so thankful to Julie for her prompt response to my early morning call, when others were slow or failed to respond at all. Most importantly, Julie's kind, caring and sensitive manner made such a difference, helping us get through a very sad and difficult time. Her services are very reasonably priced, and unlike others I've dealt with in the past, she made no attempt to push expensive, add-on extras. Julie always kept us well-informed and paid careful attention to detail. I could not recommend Julie more highly for her professional, practical and personalised approach.
