Aug 2025The staffs there are very friendly and accommodating. They organised my late son’s cremation very well. However, when we asked them to transfer our son’s ashes to his urn, that is when the staff panicked as if he don’t know what he is doing or maybe intimated that we were there watching him. They didn’t have proper equipment to use to transfer the ashes properly. No funnels or anything to make the transfer clean and formal. Even some of the ashes fell on the table in a dusty room. I even showed him then he panicked again. So far, we didn’t like how they handle the ash transfer of our son. 💔

Dec 2023My mother died from lung cancer, but they made my mother look like she died of a stroke, my mother’s mouth was on the side of her face . I was livid. They chipped her casket on the way to the church. We closed the casket we didn’t want anyone to see how they made my mother up. I will never hire them ever to take care of any of my love ones final journey. It was a disgrace. My mother was absolutely beautiful, I truely regret I hired Nelson bros sunshine to take care of my mothers funeral.
