I chose Chapter House Funerals for my mother's memorial service because I wanted something different and I couldn't face walking into a traditional funeral home to make arrangements. Instead, I called Troy and decided on a small, simple and elegant celebration of her life. We planned everything by phone & email. Wooling Hill Memorial Estate is the perfect final resting place for both of my parents and will be a joy to visit with family for years to come. Troy, Liddy and our beautiful celebrant, Erin, made everything possible and honestly the hardest part was the initial phone call. This team is truly special and I'm forever grateful.

We had the unfortunate need to have two services at Wooling Hill and we cannot be more grateful for the assistance and support provided by Troy and the Chapter House team. Not a single request was too hard & Troy was patient with us whilst we planned everything and met every question with the utmost care and compassion. Erin provided such beautiful words to memorialise our wonderful mother & even helped to incorporate some funny moments. Whilst it hurts to loose those we love, having the services at Chapter House was a fantastic way to remember our loved ones. The grounds are beautiful and we will be forever grateful we came across such a special place to remember Mum & Grandma.

I simply can't recommend Chapter House highly enough. When my Father passed last year, my family and I were beyond relieved to have Troy and his team handling the funeral for us.
