Lola will forever have a place in my heart for being so kind during such a hard time in my life. She has a calming presence. I felt my sister's service would not have been handled with such care and understanding from anyone else. Lola was amazing from the moment we first met through to the end of the service. July 2022I could not be happier with White Ladies, they were wonderful. Mum had actually chosen them straight off the bat without hesitation and prepaid her funeral about 10 years or so before she passed. Leanne and the team at Mornington were just so caring, and real, and genuine. It's been such a very sad time and they guided me through everything without rushing. They worked behind the scenes and tied everything together with the celebrant (Carol who was wonderful), the DVD tribute people (They also were also so very caring and helpful, also very quick and efficient and communication was great), the cemetery and everything else that has to be done. They just made it so much easier for me and I could never thank them enough. It's such a wonderful service that they offer with the most caring people. Thank You...

Oct 2018White Lady Funerals are a reputed business and so with the passing of our mother, the family contacted White Lady Funerals. From our first meeting until the hearse drove away every representative was completely professional, generously spirited and respectful of our needs. The service was conducted with great care and attention to detail, and every representative was thoughtful, kind and sincere. We are very grateful to Sally and her team as much of the stress and confusion on the day was abated thanks to their experience and knowledge.
