From the very first phone call through to the funeral day, White Lady Funerals were exceptional and Tracy Pointer, our White Lady representative, was simply outstanding. When they came to take my mum from her home, they treated her with such dignity and treated our family with genuine compassion. Tracy spent nearly three hours with us in our planning meeting and never once made us feel rushed. She gave us space, patience and guidance during one of the hardest times of our lives. They allowed us to view Mum, fix her hair and say our goodbyes in our own time. On the viewing evening at the church, when they drove her away, one of the ladies walked in front of the hearse and another stood watching until it was out of sight, a moment I will never forget. On the funeral day, everything was handled beautifully, from guiding our family, to coordinating transport, to managing nearly 300 guests with calm professionalism. Tracy and her team even made sure I was eating throughout the week. Nothing was too much trouble. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We are forever grateful.
