Every person (at JHF) in every interaction (from first being greeted at reception, meeting with you, at the office answering our calls) were so kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process — nothing was ever too hard. From the phone call in the middle of night, accidental enquiry on a Sunday, last minute additions and changes. You make dying easy! In the best possible way. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us, and I’m sure it’s the same wonderful service you offer all your clients. Geelong is blessed to have someone like you and your team, doing what you guys do during some of the hardest times for some people’s lives.

From our first conversation to the day of the service and beyond, the entire team showed compassion and quiet competence. Their pricing was also competitive and respectful — appropriate to the occasion and handled with the same thoughtfulness as everything else. They helped us pull together our mums funeral in a very short amount of time, not sacrificing the quality or attention one bit.
