Thanks to their informative website I already had a good idea of the details I would need to provide and Vanessa guided me through the process and was able to address any concerns or questions. Planning my mum’s funeral ended up being much easier than I expected due to Vanessa’s thorough knowledge and understanding. Follow-up emails and communication with the celebrant and the audiovisual team happened quickly and efficiently and the ceremony was exactly as I’d expected. While Ladies staff made the day as relaxing as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of their services.
