May 2024My mother passed a bit over a week ago. she had a prepaid funeral with White Dove Funeral Care from 2007. i found Ian to be straight forward and good for his word. the service mum received from the company was all we could have hoped for and the flowers supplied were first class. if you are looking for a shoulder to cry on, he may not be your man. if you are looking to send off your loves one in a profession manner, i would certainly recommend him. thank you Ian for your service.

Aug 2023just watched to doc... disgusting person.. especially this Ian guy saying that poor women fit in the coffin when she absolutely did not and "oh shes my size" Ian is a HUGE man and would NEVER fit in that coffin! I hope you get squeezed into something too small when your day comes mate.

Sept 2025Vile funeral director. Please do not book this company in if you want loved ones to be sent off with dignity. Their service of the deceased is the equivalent of being treated like trash being discarded. That’s unacceptable unpaid for anyone, let alone for a PAID service. Disgusting conduct.

Mar 2026The funeral director, Ian Gibson, is AWFUL. He's rude, arrogant, and completely uncaring. I seriously think he might be a narcissist and he will not treat your loved or you with care or dignity. Do not trust him with your loved one alone.

May 2025Amazing service, mum died unexpectedly in a nursing home in a country town 3 hrs from Melbourne, called at night and Ian was fantastic, I had to have her body picked up that night, he accommodated all my needs and even though I called at 7 or 8 at night, they went and picked her up by midnight. He did not push for extras for the funeral by guilt tripping me, none of that. the coffin was lovely and very good price and the flowers on top where just perfect, exactly what she would of chosen and covered the entire coffin. The words that Ian spoke about my mum where like he had known her all her life, he did a better job than me. Ian is a direct person but he is not rude and I found him to have the right amount of empathy to efficiently get the job done and provide a wonderful experience for her family I will use them again if I have the terrible task of arranging a funeral again
