He did not push for extras for the funeral by guilt tripping me, none of that. the coffin was lovely and very good price and the flowers on top where just perfect, exactly what she would of chosen and covered the entire coffin. The words that Ian spoke about my mum where like he had known her all her life, he did a better job than me. Ian is a direct person but he is not rude and I found him to have the right amount of empathy to efficiently get the job done and provide a wonderful experience for her family I will use them again if I have the terrible task of arranging a funeral again”
