Michelle went above and beyond from our initial phone call, to the ceremony and burial, organizing the most gorgeous flowers and even the wake. Her patience, guidance and attention to detail during such a difficult time made us feel at ease and I'm truly appreciative. Could not recommend more highly.

Sept 2023Hall funerals have helped my siblings and I following the death of both our parents only 15 months apart. In both instances the team, led by Michelle, have been professional, understanding, empathetic and caring. They treated my parents with dignity and respect at all times. Dealing with the death of a family member is incredibly difficult however with the support and guidance of the team at Hall Funerals, it's that little bit easier. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Feb 2025I do not usually write reviews but in this instance, I have decided to do so because of the professionalism of Michelle and her Staff. My son passed away 12th August this year and I was recommended to Halls funerals. Michelle made things so much easier for myself and the family that I hope when my time is up Halls will facilitate my funeral. It is still very raw so its probably not the best review but I would highly recommend Halls in Colac to anybody who needs a extraordinary intimate relationship with their facilitator. As I said I have left instructions in my will that Halls will look after me, and I live nearly 3 hours away. Thank you Michelle and everyone else at Halls. Regards, Orlena Charleston.
