Nothing was too hard, Maily the young service provider was just on top of it all! thank you for making it all like a walk in the park!!!

Nov 2025Excellent Service and Knowledgeable Team! I had a fantastic experience at Telstra Camberwell. The staff were professional, patient, and really knew their stuff they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service. The store is clean, well-organised, and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing help with phones, plans, or tech support!

Aug 2025Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. My partner and I returned today to exchange a Sprout Dual Wireless Charging Pad we purchased around a month ago, as it only worked intermittently—sometimes it charged, sometimes it didn’t, and on a few occasions, it even drained our devices’ batteries. Despite having the receipt and a valid reason for the return, the staff member we dealt with was dismissive and unhelpful. He insisted that because it happened to work at that moment in the store, there was nothing they could do—completely ignoring the fact that the issue is intermittent, which we clearly explained. There was no effort made to properly troubleshoot or offer a fair resolution. This experience left us feeling unsupported and frustrated. It’s disappointing to see a store show so little accountability for the products they sell or care for their customers after purchase. If you're looking for reliable service or any kind of post-purchase support, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. Update. Thank you for your response to my review. I note however, that after two weeks of not hearing from you, you’ve made no effort to resolve my issue whatsoever, merely interested in resolving your own customer service issues. I would have thought that after my review you would have reached out to me in an attempt to resolve this. Let down again!

Feb 2026My problem was receiving Bigpond emails on my iPhone, I was advised that the password would need to be changed and this would prevent me receiving emails on my desktop and laptop. I contacted my IT adviser who did not agree with Telstra and reset my iPhone without affecting my other devices. I am very disappointed with the Telstra advice especially for what I pay Bigpond

July 2025I had a great experience with the Telstra team this morning at 11am—especially the team manager and their teammate. They provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful in assisting me with registering my account. They spent almost an hour patiently trying different ways to solve the issue, showing real dedication and teamwork. I truly appreciate their support, especially the manager’s leadership and care. Thank you!
