Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. My partner and I returned today to exchange a Sprout Dual Wireless Charging Pad we purchased around a month ago, as it only worked intermittently—sometimes it charged, sometimes it didn’t, and on a few occasions, it even drained our devices’ batteries. Despite having the receipt and a valid reason for the return, the staff member we dealt with was dismissive and unhelpful. He insisted that because it happened to work at that moment in the store, there was nothing they could do—completely ignoring the fact that the issue is intermittent, which we clearly explained. There was no effort made to properly troubleshoot or offer a fair resolution. This experience left us feeling unsupported and frustrated. It’s disappointing to see a store show so little accountability for the products they sell or care for their customers after purchase. If you're looking for reliable service or any kind of post-purchase support, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. Update. Thank you for your response to my review. I note however, that after two weeks of not hearing from you, you’ve made no effort to resolve my issue whatsoever, merely interested in resolving your own customer service issues. I would have thought that after my review you would have reached out to me in an attempt to resolve this. Let down again!
