Caring, kind, supportive staff at this most difficult time. Everything was explained very clearly. Even the last minute change of director didn't interrupt the highly professional service we ended up with. We were able to have a service which was very much our own preferred style. I do have some suggestions: 1. In these modern times options for vegetarians, vegans, food allergies etc should be offered for the catering. I would have been prepared to pay more if these were available for the 10% of our guests who were in these categories. We were able to provide our own food for these family members, but it was one more thing to do on a very busy and stressful day. 2. The live stream has been very much appreciated by all of us and it has been a comfort to me to go back and watch it or parts of it from time to time. However, I would have liked to have had a view of the guests from the front to confirm who was there. (We have the guest book, but not all signed it.) 3. The guest book was appreciated. I know it was done at the last minute, but it was disappointing that there is a typo in the date and I have had to white it out and correct it.
