July 2024So little attention to detail, connection and caring. Initial interaction was rushed and lacked compassion. Things like notices and the service program fell to us as family to make multiple changes and get to a point of being acceptable, all the things they do daily they didn't do well. The service did come together beautifully but we didn't have a sense of confidence leading up to it, which isn't as it should be, especially at a time like that. Everything we were given to review was of such a poor standard, family should not have to be involved at the level we were to make things look right and get done. From start to finish they just missed so many details, including not notifying when ashes were available - we had to follow up with them - 3 week delay. We wouldn't recommend, there is just no sense of support and such a low level of attention to detail.
