Dec 2023Overall, we were very pleased with Vincent's and their handling of my mother's funeral service. We did have some areas of concern in that details provided were overlooked and inconsistent, but on the day of the service everything went very well. From our experience it would have been helpful for us to have a list of what was needed to be attended to at the different stages of arranging and attending the service. Also, for those tasks which needed to be completed after the service. In dealing with your loved one's death and then being involved in arranging the funeral service can become overwhelming and stressful. But I found the staff at Vincent's were very understanding and their serene and dignified manner in assisting you was very much appreciated.
