Apr 2013The following comment is posted on the Whyalla Funeral Services website:- “As a funeral director, it is part of our role to make this very difficult time as easy as possible for the family and we try our utmost to adhere to this”. However, if the Funeral home registered owner is a personal friend of a family member; all other family members’ wishes are blatantly disregarded. In a time of great sadness & grief, no assistance care or understanding is extending to the party the registered owner has decided has no right to attend. Remaining a professional impartial establishment is an enormous failure of this business.
