“Hi Blackwell funerals I would like to address about NOT cancelling the appointments at the last minutes or at least suggesting for the next available time. In Dec, I was advised by Emico to arrange my meeting with her for discussing about pre-planned funeral arrangements. She seemed to be friendly at the beginning but she kept forgetting about my appointments at the last minutes in Dec and again in Jan. I had to rearrange my time as well as my friend's time to fit into the next appointment. We have waited again for this January meeting but when I contacted her again, she said that our appointment was NOT on her diary. That is very unprofessional to manage potential customers who have waited for 1.5 months. I would like to suggest that the reminder of the meeting and next appointment times should be sent out to your customers in advance as for a courtesy.”
