June 2025Very first time going with Simplicity Funerals, and so very glad I did. Jackie Clegg did an outstanding job with my late uncle Leonards Funeral and small service. The family were very grateful for what she did for him and to help us all through our hard time. So impressed that another one of my uncle's decided to get me to take him back last week and do a prepaid Funeral service and cremation for him aswell. So that's what we did. Uncle Greg was so happy with how everything went that he wants Jackie to do his, of course is she is still there at his time of passing. A great huge thankyou to Jackie for doing such a beautiful thing for us. Will never be forgotten. You went far and beyond for us, thankyou so very much. There was another lady there , sorry I forgot her name but she was very sweet. Totally impressed with everything from the first day we arrived to discuss all the plans til the end of everything was finalised. Everything went so smoothly and was very pleasant, sad of course but more than we all expected. Thanks to JACKIE. Thanks Simplicity Funerals. You do really care.🙏

Every detail was followed up by Jake who along with other staff did a great job on the day. The Rosewater venue was excellent and Jake very thorough in every detail

Was always there to answer all my questions and text message. She also came up with my Husband Mark's verse on his Memorial Card. Which Is absolutely beautiful 🌹❤️
