We found their ceremony, their help with planning and their care and consideration of us and our loved one and the extended family to be exemplary. We would also like to give a huge thank you and much praise to Shantys daughter, who is Sensible Funerals mortician. We were very nervous about having to do the identification pre-burial and decided to do this the day before. We were so happy and felt such heartfelt peace after seeing our Mum looking so beautiful and at peace after her last laboured days, it made us feel so relieved and happy that we could say our final goodbyes without any regrets.
