“It was a very bad experience. No attention to detail and so many mistakes. 10 weeks after my mum's funeral and it still makes me angry. Rosetta failed in every way. Will never recommend Blackwell's. Even to the point where my beautiful mothers clothes were discarded without asking us if we wanted them back. No stars is what she deserves. Not professional at all Rosetta. My mother deserved better. Unfortunately it can't be redone. Very poor.”
