Aug 2022I wish to publicly thank Blackwell Funerals for their exceptional care of my daughter Ella after her father's death. She is a twenty year old girl who had to deal with such a lot by herself and she was treated so respectfully by staff, in particular Hazel. Her father and I had been separated for many years and shortly after his death Ella and her family were hit by covid one after the other, limiting what we could do to help.

From the time of Mums passing to the memorial service, Hazel was there to guide, suggest and assist, making a significant difference and ensuring a smooth process. It was comforting to have someone guide us with such care, understanding, and sensitivity. Hazel was incredibly helpful and assuring in answering our questions and concerns, explaining the whole process. She showed flexibility with the arrangements at this particularly emotional and difficult time.
