Dec 2025The kind well informed woman were very capable and professional as well as sensitive and knowledgeable. Everything ran smoothly . I would have liked a more relaxed time frame on those including my self to speak , it felt rushed and time pressured . I would have preferred to pay more to be able to speak just a little longer as it’s a one time only opportunity and once it’s gone it’s gone , it felty hurried by back to back funeral services . I would have liked participation in signing the visitors book to be more requested and guided as a memento for us to reflect on later . The celebrant was warm, sensitive and incredibly competent and totally lovely and wonderful and did a magnificent job . Her inclusion and welcoming of everyone was very inspiring. Thank you for making a very difficult day as good as it could be. I hope to get the wonderfully streamed service kept forever on usb sticks but will need help to facilitate this. I would strongly recommend White Lady Funerals to anyone needing these services at what is an extraordinarily challenging time. Well done and thankyou .
