Anytime we contacted her she was always available to answer our questions. The day of the funeral. A beautifully orchestrated service, we had the pleasure of meeting Stephen. Stephen’s words, in particular at the gravesite brought so much comfort to my family. Thank you so much for making a hard emotional time an occasion where we felt we gave dad a great send off.🙏

Feb 2024From the first contact Lorraine was amazing, supportive, empathetic and very professional My daughter recently passed away in Japan and we had to return her body to Australia, Lorraine was so helpful dealing with our funeral director in Japan and made my daughters return a much easier process. She catered for and created a memorable experience for our daughters celebration of Life. Her empathetic approach made organising the day much easier. Her suggestion of places and celebrant Lee Sedgwick was amazing. Lee captured my daughters essence and delivered the perfect celebration of life ceremony. I truly cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough and appreciated everything she went out of her way to do for us as a family at the hardest part of our lives.

Jan 2023We had to arrange my mother's funeral service during the Christmas period. Something I was sceptical would be possible while most places are closed. Lorraine was such a pleasure to deal with, so warm, caring and accommodating. So committed to helping, she still came in to to work to see me after her car was stolen that very morning! I can't speak highly enough of her and how she made the arrangements seamless during such a difficult time.
