Exceptional Care and Compassion for Dad's Service I cannot thank the team at Traditional Funerals enough for the way they handled Dad's funeral. From start to finish, they treated our family with the utmost dignity and heart. A special thank you to Molly, our funeral director, who was an absolute pillar of strength. She managed every detail with grace and made a difficult process feel manageable. We also want to thank Wendy, our celebrant, for leading such a beautiful and personal service. She captured Dad's spirit perfectly and spoke with such warmth. I also want to commend the team for their professionalism when we encountered some multimedia hiccups. While technology can be unpredictable, Molly and the staff handled the situation with such calm and poise that it didn't detract from the day. Their ability to troubleshoot behind the scenes allowed us to stay present and focused on honoring my dad’s memory. It’s easy to provide a service when everything goes perfectly, but you see a team’s true character when they handle the unexpected with such composure. I highly recommend their services.
