Mar 2025from my experience all this company wants is your money. I had the same invoice sent to me daily and sometimes twice a day. They are very un professional. I would not recommend them. I had used Swanborough Funerals in 2020 they are associated with Cherish. they were far better.

I had called a few cremation places and they didn’t feel right, then in the first minute of speaking with Kim I knew I chose the right place. She was so genuine and kind, and the language she used was just so caring - talking about my father being in her care. She asked me about him, so she could get to know him when he went into her care, which just felt so so special. Kim explained every detail so well, and in language I understood, and she just made the whole process so easy and she kept me updated the whole time. Kim, thank you, you are incredible at what you do, and I recommend you so highly.
