Jan 2026Cremations Only were a stand out from the first phone call with Aaron through to the meeting with Paul to make all of the arrangements. Respectful, open, honest, caring and professional really helping my extended family through a difficult time. Both Aaron and Paul took time to explain things and helped us have beloved Maria cremated within 3 days so that her sons felt some ease at this difficult time with her being put to rest. You could not ask for better people to help you through this time with your loved ones.

Feb 2026My sisters and I purchased Urns online at another store for our Dad’s ashes (he was cremated overseas) and we needed to find a place that could split his ashes for us in Brisbane. My sister reached out to this business and they were able to accommodate us without a charge even though we were happy to pay, given it wasn’t urns we purchased here. This was extremely kind and the lady who looked after us was so lovely (I forgot her name!). Thank you, we will be future customers. :)

Michelle was extremely efficient in all correspondence, making the entire process smoother during such a difficult time. Paul showed great compassion when needed and paid close attention to detail, fulfilling all the requests our grieving family made. And Katie, absolutely superb. Starting the service with a heartfelt poem that perfectly captured the essence our Grandad, and knowing just when to offer breaks for grieving and when to bring moments of laughter to celebrate his life. We, as a family, are incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the Cremations Only team and highly recommend their services to others. Thank you for making a difficult time a little bit easier to bear.
