Feb 2024My sister passed away we had to travel 8hours to find she wasn't there yet I had to ring the hospital she was ready to be picked up ..there was No compassion from the guy at the desk my sister wasn't prepared properly and communicating for cremation wasn't clear these people would never survive in Melbourne as a funeral service
