I would especially like to commend the wonderful professional yet personal work of Tiresi whom made the whole process during my fathers funeral proceedings from beginning to end so easy and run so smoothly for us. She organised and took care of all the stressful tasks. She truly helped ease the pain of losing our dad and allowed for us to grieve our fathers passing properly. Tiresi went above and beyond her work with ongoing communications during and after our father’s funeral. It was also comforting to have someone that understood our cultural values and customs and was able to communicate our requests to her staff. A huge thank you to all your staff and all involved in making a difficult time in our lives a relaxed and easy experience.
