Feb 2026There's a lot to do when arranging a funeral - choosing music, choosing photos, writing a eulogy, liaising with the church, trying to come up with numbers for catering. Mix all this with phone calls from relatives and friends expressing their sympathies. I got side tracked with all the phone calls. The whole crew at Len Russell Funerals were patient, understanding of me getting distracted. They gently stepped in and downloaded music, scanned photos for the booklets, scanned photos for the slideshow, made the slideshow. I cannot thank them enough. They even arranged streaming at the last moment. Most of all they made the process of arranging mums funeral seamless. Caring, understanding, gentle, patient are just some of the words to describe the crew at Len Russell Funerals. You can trust and rely on them for sure. They left me with good memories of saying farewell to mum.

On the day of the service words can not describe how awesome Peter was he is a great asset to the company always making sure everything was going ok always checking up with me .Des was also excellent too . As a Tongan and having been in Ipswich for only just over a year I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to find somewhere to accommodate to everything that we wanted for our Dad's farewell but you guys really came through for us in every way possible.
