May 2024Unfortunately, Much like the only other review for this business, sadly we are unable to endorse this business. The lead up to the service was very difficult with zero communication from Lisa. The service itself was okay and then the bombardment of phone calls requesting payment when we were requesting paperwork of the service. as we did not sign any paperwork in relation to our fathers cremation. To be told by Lisa that there’s no paperwork required to be signed for a cremation. This was utter nonsense. Upon having to request government regulator assistance we recently received paperwork unsigned for a service back in January. We must reiterate in line with the only other review to not use this business. They will most certainly make your difficult situation even more difficult.

Aug 2022Sadly, we cannot endorse this funeral company. Our family friends used them for the funeral or their Dad. It was an absolute disaster. They even stopped the funeral service in order to receive payment, absolutely horrid. There was no issue with payment being made. The whole time the staff were very loudly complaining to all those who could hear that the grave had been dug wrong and if anything goes wrong with the lowering of the body it was not their fault. Three letters of complaint have gone from the family to the funeral home with no response. Others have also complained directly. Run a mile from them. At the most difficult time of a families life you need someone with care and compassion. This company has not showed it at all. I am posting here as a last resort. The family has tried to resolve the issue directly but all requests have fallen on death ears. Hopefully now someone might pay attention.
