July 2023My grandmothers funeral was done through Gladstone valley funerals, there were a lot of grandchildren, brothers and friends on the other side of the country that unfortunately couldn't make it and were relying on a streaming service which was advised would be provided at and extra cost. it was streamed and uploaded with no sound at all for the entire funeral so unable to be watched. The lady on the phone was quite insensitive to the situation when I called to ask about it and didn't seem interested in trying to see if it could be resolved. Very disheartening and a lot of upset family members.
