July 2023Phil from Burstows Gatton cared for my late mother-in-law Margot, with his team, after her unexpected and tragic passing at a local hospital. The outstanding care, concern and compassion afforded to my wife Tatjana, during that incredibly stressful and deeply distressing time for Tatjana when she was unable to make decisions (such as choosing a style of coffin, and flowers), was - and still is - remembered by us all - as second to none. If you are seeking professional, caring and compassionate care for your late loved one, and for people who genuinely care for you and your family who are grieving, then Burstows Gatton is the ONLY place to contact, to place your loved one into their care. Oct 2022Thank you for organising my mother's funeral for me. It was intimate and simple. As I live in Northern Rivers of New South Wales, I couldn't be there in person to make plans but Phillip Scott was there to help me. Your staff were so patient and helpful with us all and the celebrant, Margaret Beauchamp, was perfect for the occasion. Every detail was thought out and it was beautifully done. My daughters and I will always remember nana's funeral with a smile.
