Feb 2025When losing your mum at 28, organising a funeral by yourself is extremely overwhelming. However, this company was absolutely no help to that. I enquired online for call back, or even a quote as I was struggling to make the first initial phone call as I was still in shock. 4 months later, and I still haven’t heard absolutely anything from this company. I do not recommend, at all. Instead, I highly recommend Sylvan funerals in Ipswich as they responded to my online enquiry within a couple of hours and were extremely helpful. Very disappointing as we are from Laidley and wanted to support local - but I guess this is why everybody goes to Ipswich!

May 2024Was very pleased with the service Mark and his team organised for our Grandmother. They were able to organise everything we needed from pall bearers to live streaming easily. Many people commented how lovely all the arrangements were. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Nov 2022This company did everything right from start to finish and i would recommend them to anyone at all. They make you feel calm and contented with using them to finish off the deceased Love ones time on this earth with meaning and caring attitudes and its up to you what you want at the service. There is more than enough genuine caring and feelings from all the staff at first meetings right to the last meeting. Ours worked out as perfect as a funeral can work out but it doesnt have to be a sad occassion at all.
