Mar 2025I cannot speak highly enough of Picaluna Funerals, Claire and Kylie. My best friend, who was facing the end of her terminal cancer battle, and I spoke to Claire and Kylie to start the process of her funeral plans. My friend knew exactly what she wanted and these amazing women guided her through this very confronting time. It was organised that Claire would be out the next day to meet my friend and finalise things. Unfortunately in the early hours of the next morning things took a rapid turn for the worse. I rang the girls that morning and Claire and Kylie then guided ME through my dear friends final journey. I don't know what I would have done without them. All of those left behind were treated with kindness, care, respect and ongoing support as well as these wonderful women taking over the practicalities and paperwork with amazing efficiency. They helped us deal with one of life's most difficult events with great comfort and grace. I have NO hesitation in recommending Picaluna, Claire and Kylie to help you deal with these most sad and difficult times with gentle hands and knowledgable minds. Thank you doesn't seem enough. Linda

Mar 2025The experience we had with Claire and Deana was wonderful from the very first meeting. Claire and Deana handled everything with such warmth and care. They sensitively looked after all the details for the cremation, death certificate, ashes etc. They never pressured us with timing, always ensuring that mum was being cared for. They made a stressful and sad time in farewelling our dear mum very easy. Would highly recommend Picaluna.
