June 2023Angela and Lyn from Alex Gow Funerals were very compassionate and caring when organising dad's cremation. Unfortunately, when dealing with Indie, the manager, about splitting the ashes amongst family she was beyond rude and left me feeling like a second class citizen in my family and not worthy of receiving some of dad's ashes. I cannot express how upset I was to be on the receiving end of Indie's behaviour. There was a complete absence of compassion in how she handled the matter.
