I believe she really did go the extra mile in making sure to understand what Mum wanted and ensuring it went off as planned. Shannon did an excellent job with the photo tribute and music. After discussing a number of options, Amanda was also able to recommend a lovely Celebrant who was a good match for Mum. Jane did a wonderful job.

She guided us patiently through what we had anticipated would be a quite confronting process. Instead, she put us at ease immediately, explaining our choices clearly. We felt we were in good hands. She listened with care and was sensitive to our wishes to ensure we achieved the result we were after. We were particularly impressed with the transparency in pricing, having heard some horror stories about the gotchas with other services. There was none of that. And there was no attempt to upsell us to services we didn't want or need. I have no hesitation in recommending Amanda and Newhaven.
