They handled everything with such compassion, professionalism and genuine kindness. I had never had to plan a funeral before, but Sascha and her team made a very difficult time so much more manageable. Every detail was taken care of beautifully, from the organisation of the service to the personal touches that made it feel truly special. Sascha listened carefully to our wishes, offered thoughtful guidance and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and empathy. We’re deeply grateful for the care and respect shown to mum and to our family. Also, Steve Parsons was an exceptional celebrant. His warmth, compassion and ability to capture mum's personality made the service feel personal and heartfelt. Jan 2026I would like to thank Vanessa (Ness) and Hayden for doing a beautiful funeral service for my sister Catherine on the 15th January 2026. They helped the family all the way from the beginning to the funeral service with such expertise and professionalism. Planning a funeral for a loved one is certainly not the easiest of tasks especially when every one is going through a grieving stage but the staff at HPARSONS were not only very helpful but they followed any instructions that were put forward. I had a last minute major change in the duration of them arranging the funeral and nothing was too much trouble for them.I would also like to thank Vicki who was very helpful over the phone and had a beautiful nature and character. Kirstin, Danielle and the complete staff have gone above and beyond to provide the most valuable expertise and professionalism during this extremly difficult time as a family. They have communicated and discussed and delivered all our needs. The service was seamless from the Church, Priest, printing booklets, florist, vocalist and bag piper! Absolutely everything! Every person from the staff members that answered the phone to the Hearse Driver to the additional funeral staff! Every question and concern was met. Nov 2025Excellent. Dads funeral was on the 24.11.25. Explained the process clearly and costs involved. Professional friendly staff who also catered for our personal requests (live music). Clean well presented chapel. Could not have asked for better.
