Mar 2026Thank you to Gail for her assistance with the service of our Father and Poppy. Her recommendations and support was greatly appreciated by us all during a difficult time as we grieve the loss of our loved one. Highly recommend Gail and the team for their support. The support on the day from Russell as well was professional and we couldn't fault their care. Thank you Gail and Russell for all your support to our family.

May 2025Thank you Gail for your help and guidance through what can be a difficult time. You made the process so easy. The Celebrant Robyn Pattison was fantastic and helped us celebrate Dads life. We paid to upgrade the flowers. Some of the best native flowers I have seen and very reasonable in price. Everything went well on the day with no hickups. Colin is very professional and does a great job at the celebration.

Feb 2026I would not recommend, at a time of grieving it was very stressful. I had to out source help to get the booklets made. We were not sent details for slide show till the Friday before the funeral. That was ment to be there 48hr before so day of the funeral had to go to cemetery early waiting on phone calls and sorting out slide show. A lot of mistakes with my grandfathers documents and name was wrong and had to be corrected multiple times including when his body was picked up. Poor organisation between funeral home and cemetery regarding burial and plot I had to sort it. Arrived at funeral wrong flowers on the coffin. During ceremony the candle lighting no candle was arranged, so during ceremony I am sorting out the arrangements of the funeral. The reverent was not paid so they were chasing up money paid to funeral home. Unfortunately not the most simple service when the funeral director didn’t turn up to funeral and I was left trying to organise the day of and during the ceremony i felt let down, thank you to Andrew who tried his best to save the day.

May 2024I can't thank Tamara enough at Simplicity Funerals at Windsor for her kindness and understanding when we had to arrange my 97 year old Mothers funeral. When I first contacted her to get some advice, she gave me honest and practical information which made the whole process so much easier under difficult circumstances. Thank you again Tamara for all your help at this difficult time in our family. Gail

June 2023Tamara has been very helpful and sympathetic. Losing someone you love is a very devastating situation. Having someone who is calm and empathetic like her is such a bonus for us. She was honest and made the decision making a lot easier. She is very thorough about everything which made the process go smoothly. Tamara went above and beyond for my dad’s funeral. Our family will be forever thankful for giving him a beautiful send off. Thanks Simplicity Funerals.
