Value Cremations

“Will was incredibly compassionate, professional and helpful. He made a difficult task alot easier and we are forever grateful for his assistance in such a difficult time in life. It takes a special person to do what he does and he deserves commendation.”

“We recently had the difficult task of arranging a cremation plot, and the guidance we received from Will at Tweed Heads Memorial Gardens was exceptional. Will was incredibly patient and empathetic, taking the time to personally walk us through the different cremation plot options available in the gardens. This guidance was especially critical as my father had not provided any final wishes, and my mother was unable to provide clarity or recommendations to help us solve this important decision. Will didn't just point them out; he highlighted the unique features and provided context for each location, which helped us feel truly informed when making our decision. Throughout the initial process, Will was a model of efficiency and clarity. He responded to all our enquiries and correspondence extremely promptly, consistently providing clear, helpful information and guidance. This level of quick communication significantly reduced our stress. Even now, as we look ahead to finalising the details of the cremation plaque for ashes interment, Will remains enthusiastic and committed to helping us. We are so appreciative of his caring and professional approach. We highly recommend Will to anyone seeking guidance and support for memorialisation at Tweed Heads Memorial Gardens.”
