Jess Lowe, who took over everything was amazing. Very caring and empathetic, listening to our wishes and offering guidance in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. She introduced us to Kate Henville, the lovely celebrant, even arranging a meeting time with her. The Order of Service was attended to without any fuss with help from Joniel. The day of the service went smoothly. Once again, Jess was there to oversee everything and ensure any of our requests were met. We were supported by the lovely Kate, who conducted a beautiful service, as if she had known mum and us, personally. Aug 2025I cannot recommend Allan Pearse enough they went above and beyond for my mother's funeral, what was such a difficult time they put us at ease. Jessica Lowe and the team were very welcoming from day one, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble, Jess guided us through every step and was always very professional, patient, compassionate and respectful for our wishes so that we could honour our mother. Thank you for a beautiful service we will be forever grateful.
