Sept 2023We have used Southern Cross Funerals at Toukley twice now for both my parents funerals. After the excellent service we received in 2018 for my dad, we decided to use them again this year after the passing of my mum. Both times Joanne was extremely caring and professional and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She even drove to my house for 9am on Saturday morning to make sure we could get my mum's ashes in time for a last minute memorial service before my sister had to fly back to Europe. I can't recommend the company and particularly Joanne highly enough. She is salt of the earth and made an extremely difficult time more bearable.

Oct 2023My mum bought a pre-paid funeral back in 1998, when we lived in Sydney. We moved to the Jervis Bay area in 2005 and my mum passed away last week. The funeral was held today and all I can say is that without Joanne's help and guidance, I would've been tearing my hair out. Everything was organized over the phone and the funeral went off without a hitch. Southern Cross Funerals were brilliant, friendly, professional and made me feel like I was their only focus. Matthew and the other driver were superb as well. Thank you so much... you've made a trying time so much easier for me. From the time I first called Joanne she went out of way to accommodate us with her honest, open, friendly manner.
